The Red Blender: Stir, Beat, Whip

Great News!  The good people at Underhill Press are publishing my book on Amazon.  It's called The Red Blender: Stir, Beat, Whip.

They said Oleander Salad was too weird so I made up a pen name.  The first name is ancient Hebrew, which I like because Jews are funnier than most people.  The last name is a misspelled version of a friend's name that let's his family maintain plausible deniability, while still letting me blame things on them if necessary.

In other pretty great news, I got a $20,000 advance!  Only problem there is that I've pretty much already blown that on production costs (Cheetos and Dr. Pepper.) Fortunately, I share a body with the chief editor at Underhill, so if I get the final draft to him by Monday or Tuesday, he'll probably stop yammering on about that "overdue bills" stuff he's always going on about.

I sent out a few proofs of the final to friends and family, but if you want to pony up for Aaron's Aarmy of proofreaders, just send me an eMessage.

Underhill is also asking me what Amazon category this goes in, and apparently "all of them" is not the answer they want, so if you have any ideas for him, just shoot 'em over in an email to nastypocketses@underhillpress.com
